Tangent crafted a unique Christmas tree for Roppongi Hills, a commercial complex in the heart of Tokyo. Given the context of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic during that time, the celebration of Christmas required thoughtful consideration. Our design ingeniously featured the reuse of flowers discarded in the context of the pandemic, presenting them in the form of dried flowers.

六本木ヒルズのウェストウォークに現れた、白く輝くクリスマスツリー。当時のコロナ禍という社会状況を考慮し、様々な状況を抱えている人の心に静かに気持ちが上昇するような、できるだけ多くの人が素直に美しいと思えるツリーにしたいという思いが込められています。コロナ禍で生花の廃棄量が増加していた背景から、廃棄される予定のロスフラワーを再利用し、ドライフラワーの形で表現しました。
